Kayak around Lake Matilda!
Take a kayaking trip to the stunning scenery of Teijo National Park. Lake Matildanjärvi is a sheltered kayaking environment and you will find several fireplaces for your break along its shores.
Zephyr 160 is a touring kayak with extra maneurability and space for your trekking gear. The kayak is directionally stable and sturdy. Zephyr 160 is suitable for longer kayaking trips, but also the preferred option for more experienced paddlers.
Location:
Matildanjärventie 84, 025660 Matilda. From the general parking area of the National Park, the Nature Centre is about 100 metres away. The rental office is located at the Nature Centre, where you can get equipment and instructions for your booking. The kayaks are located on the shore of Lake Matilda, a stone's throw from the Nature Centre.
