This nature trail, also known as the Ponu Heritage trail, criss-crosses in Byabäcken district in Sipoonkorpi National Park. There are luscious forests, beautiful meadows and beautiful pastures. When you hike here during the summer, you will see the cattle and the horses foraging on the fields.
Along the trail there are six small post boxes, which the animals of the area use to communicate with each other. The nature trail is very well suited for children, as they will surely be exited in reading the animal mail and observing the domestic animals on the fields.
Along the path, on the southern part of Byabäcken valley lies Hindsby village – a site with traces of the earliest known human settlements in Southern Finland.
This nature trail is easy and suits the whole family, regardless of physical fitness or age.

The nature trail is marked on the trees along the trail with red markings.
You'll find the Ängesböle campfire site along the trail. There's also a camping area and a wanderers' hut.
Fresh drinking water can be obtainded from the well at Bergström croft.
